Description of superstructure

Combined superstructure ST 8000 is placed on the frame of automobile chassis, which corresponds to payload.
Service tank is made from steel plate. It can be made from stainless steel for surcharge. It contains convector coil
for heating, technologic openings, insulation of 80 mm, upper neck and bottom reservoir. Bitumen and water
pump is driven hydraulically. The temperature of emulsions can be sustained or raised by diesel burner with
regulation. The unit is controlled from the driver ́s cabine by elect. panel, where the required values are set up.
Manifolds are mechanically set up in technological area by individual valves. A driver can see the actual speed in
m/min and a pressure on the control panel. Technology is constructed for working with asphalt emulsions. It
includes centrifugal pump, own technological circle, spraying spreading bar, manual bar, control elements.
Technology enables spraying, circulation, filling and discharging with the possibility of repumping to another
tank.
